The AHTF prefers that buyers provide the two most recent tax returns, to verify that they meet the income guidelines, but will also accept income verification by alternate means from a participating bank.

​

Once the Trust approves your application, we will notify you and your bank or mortgage company, that you qualify for the Down Payment Assistance loan of up to 10% of the purchase price of the home — to a maximum of $25,000.
